Getting Started

Unbox to first session
in under 3 minutes.

Attach & Secure

Fit the magnetic controller onto the wellness pad — protrusions align with the orientation grooves on the back. Secure the pad on your pet with the adjustable straps, or drape it like a blanket.

Power On & Pair Remote

Long-press M on the magnetic controller for 3 s — indicator lights up. Then long-press M on the remote for 3 s to connect. Keep remote within 1 m during pairing.

Set Red Light & Near-IR

Short-press the adjustment button to cycle Low → Medium → High → Off. Start on Low for first sessions.

Select Massage Mode & Intensity

Short-press M to switch modes: Soft → Middle → Cosy → Strong → Weak → Super. Use +/− to set intensity (1–19).

The device can be operated using either the magnetic controller or the remote control. Both offer the same functions.

⏻ Power On/Off & Remote Pairing

  • Power On: Long press the magnetic controller's M button for 3 seconds. The indicator light will illuminate.
  • Remote Pairing: After powering on the magnetic controller, long press the remote's M button for 3 seconds to connect. The remote can now control the magnetic controller.
  • Power Off: Long press the magnetic controller's M button for 3 seconds. All lights will turn off.

Red Light / Near-Infrared Settings

  • Short press the adjustment button to cycle: Low → Medium → High → Off
  • The red light status indicator lights up when activated
  • Level indicator displays three corresponding colors

〰 Massage Mode & Intensity

  • Mode Selection: Short press the M button to cycle through 6 massage modes (Mode 1 to Mode 6)
  • Each mode change emits a "beep" and the corresponding mode text on the magnetic controller lights up
  • Intensity Adjustment: Press + to increase or − to decrease massage intensity (levels 1–19)
  • The intensity level number displays on the center digital screen
  • When adjusting from level 0 to 1, massage activates with two beeps. Two beeps also sound at maximum level 19

Remote Sleep Mode

Automatically enters sleep after 1 minute of inactivity.

Wake remote by long pressing the M button for 3 seconds.

When remote is active, long press M for 3 seconds to put the magnetic controller into sleep mode.

Controller Sleep Mode

Automatically enters sleep with two beeps after 1 minute of no operation.

Wake by short pressing the magnetic controller's M button or long pressing the remote's M button for 3 seconds within 1 minute.

If not awakened within 1 minute of sleep, the controller will automatically shut down with one beep.

Auto Shutdown (30 min)

Powers off with two beeps after 30 minutes of continuous operation.

This keeps sessions at a consistent length and ensures your pet receives the optimal session duration.

After auto-shutdown, a 3-second long press of the magnetic controller's M button is required to restart.
