Shipping policy
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of purchase. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address associated with your order. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
Delivery Time & Cost
Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders, with an estimated delivery time of 6–9 business days. Please note that actual delivery dates may vary depending on destination, carrier acceptance time, and other conditions outside our control.
Incorrect Address
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, we will contact you promptly and reship your order at no additional cost.
Refused Shipments
If a package is refused at delivery for reasons other than shipping damage or a fulfillment error on our part, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping cost and the return shipping fee charged by the carrier. These amounts will be deducted from the refund total.
Lost or Stolen Packages
PawMoves is not responsible for packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier but are subsequently reported as lost or stolen. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for orders with confirmed delivery status.
