Refund policy
How to Initiate a Return
If you'd like to return an item, please contact us at support@pawmoves.com with your order number, item name, and a brief description of the reason for return. Once we review and confirm your request, we'll provide you with the correct return address. Please do not return items to the original shipping address.
Return Eligibility
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as received — opened or slightly used products are also accepted.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified and a full refund of the purchase price will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, simply return your current order for a refund and place a new order at your convenience.
Order Cancellations
If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to cancel it upon request. Please contact us at support@pawmoves.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer available.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right promptly.
