Warranty Policy

1-Year Limited Warranty

At PawMoves, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a 12-month limited warranty from the date of original purchase to ensure your pet has a worry-free experience. 

1. What is Covered?

This warranty covers functional defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If your device fails to operate as intended due to a manufacturing issue within the first 12 months of purchase, we are committed to making it right.  

2. What is Not Covered?

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It does not cover: 

  • Accidental Damage: Damage caused by drops, pet chewing, water submersion, or environmental factors. 
  • Improper Use: Issues resulting from unauthorized modifications, repairs, or use outside the product’s intended purpose. 
  • Normal Wear and Tear: Natural battery degradation over time, cosmetic scratches, or fading. 
  • Light Output Degradation: Gradual reduction in red light intensity or output power over time is a normal characteristic of LED-based devices and is not considered a manufacturing defect. 
  • Promotional Items: Products received for free through promotions or giveaways, unless otherwise stated at the time of the promotion. 
3. How We Resolve Your Claim 

If a valid warranty claim is submitted within the warranty period, PawMoves will, at its sole discretion, offer one of the following remedies: 

  1. Repair the product using new or equivalent parts. 
  2. Replace the product with a brand-new unit of the same model.

Please note:

  • Each order is eligible for a one-time warranty repair or replacement.
  • The warranty period for a replacement unit does not reset. It remains tied to the original purchase date.
4. How to Submit a Claim 

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Contact us at support@pawmoves.com with your Order ID.
  • Step 2: Provide a clear video or photos demonstrating the defect, along with a brief description of the issue.
  • Step 3: Our team will review your submission within 2 business days and follow up with next steps. 
5. Limitation of Liability

Once a repair or replacement has been provided, PawMoves' warranty obligations for that original order are considered fully fulfilled.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAWMOVES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT.
